A Bridge to Independent Living

Reach Sober Living houses serve as an invaluable step in the recovery process, bridging the time between treatment and community reintegration.

We Don’t Build Houses, We Build Homes.

Sober Living Homes

Our sober living homes provide men with 6-12 months of stability, safety and support. Our Level 3 homes are staffed with 24/7 professional staff. Many of our staff come from recovery and offer invaluable firsthand lived experience as well as a model of what’s possible. Each man has his own bedroom as we see this decision as a great way to grant our residents dignity along the journey. Our homes are beautiful, by design. Recovery requires peace, and our homes reflect that reality.

Independent Living

While some residents are ready to move out on their own from our Sober Living Homes, our experience shows that many need more time to ensure their success. That’s why Reach has developed Independent Living options. Our one-bedroom apartments allow residents with at least one year of sobriety and one year of employment to transition away from supervised living to a place of their own (with accountability and support baked in). With the potential to stay up to two years, this progression allows residents up to three years of total support

Our Sober Living Housing

The Thompson House breaks ground in Summer 2026. This two-family, Independent Living dwelling will provide housing for couples and their families working through the recovery process. As with our apartments, Thompson House residents must be one year sober and employed. To give to the construction of the Thompson House, click here.

Phoenix 536 is a sector-changing mixed-used development, set to begin reconstruction in Spring 2027. The ‘Phoenix 536’ will combine eighteen Independent Living apartments; shared office spaces including a community café; and house our Innovation Center. Individuals in recovery will be able to learn all aspects of our custom wood-working program, while earning a fair wage.
